1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (referred to hereafter as "Terms") form a legal agreement governing use of the tkpk platform and all its services. By accessing the platform, registering an account or using any service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to abide by them.

tkpk provides services only to individuals who reside in Bangladesh and are at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform. No financial transaction will be processed without age verification.

tkpk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be treated as automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on the tkpk platform you must provide accurate and complete information — full name, date of birth, mobile number and email address. Accounts created with false information will be closed immediately and any balance held may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method will result in all such accounts being closed. If more than one family member uses the same device, this must be reported to the support team in advance.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your password and login details strictly confidential is your responsibility. Sharing, selling or transferring your account to another person is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the tkpk support team immediately.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing withdrawals above a certain amount, or at any time, tkpk may request a copy of your National ID card or passport for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit on the tkpk platform is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. All financial transactions can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer — including transfers to major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank, among others.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if account verification is pending or a security review is underway. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such funds will be returned.
• Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other digital currency are not supported.
• If you experience any issue with a transaction, notify the support team within 24 hours.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

tkpk offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. To make the bonus eligible for withdrawal, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and to withdraw you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

Weekly reload rewards, slot festival bonuses, cricket celebration offers and other promotions each carry their own terms — separate wagering requirements and validity periods apply to each. You must read the full terms of the relevant promotion before claiming a bonus.

• Bonuses are not cash and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• If fraud or a breach of terms is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
• tkpk reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available on the tkpk platform are operated through third-party software providers and each game has its own RTP and rules. If a technical error occurs in any game result, that round's bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned.

5.2 Sports Betting

Odds applicable to betting on cricket, football and other sports may change for both pre-match and live markets. If odds change before a live bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

Using bots, automated software or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage, placing bets on both sides of the same event to collect bonuses ("arbitraging"), and coordinating accounts to place bets are all strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

6 Responsible Gaming

tkpk believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment — not a cause of financial difficulty. Under our Responsible Gaming Policy, every member can set their own deposit limits, session time limits and voluntary breaks. These features can be activated through the support team.

This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. If you suspect a family member has a betting problem, a self-exclusion request can be made — the tkpk support team is available at all times to assist with this.

7 VIP and Loyalty Programme

The tkpk VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. A weekly cashback is paid at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver and up to 1.2% at Gold, calculated on that week's net losses. For example, a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on consistent activity on the platform. tkpk's decision on tier changes is final. VIP benefits are subject to terms in the same way as bonuses and are not transferable to another person.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

Full details of how your personal information is collected, used and kept secure are set out in our Privacy Policy. tkpk does not sell users' data to third parties. All sensitive information is stored using SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

tkpk may close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of the Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation.
• Operating multiple accounts.

In the event of account closure, the legitimate balance (net deposits excluding bonuses) may be returned to the relevant payment method after investigation. However, if fraud is proven, no funds will be returned.

10 Limitation of Liability

tkpk provides its platform on an "as is" basis. tkpk's liability for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages or third-party game providers is limited. tkpk is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, power outages or device faults.

tkpk does not guarantee any specific income from gaming. All games are chance-based and outcomes are uncertain. Consider your financial situation before placing bets.

11 Intellectual Property and Content

All content on the tkpk platform — logos, designs, text, graphics and software — is protected under intellectual property law. Reproducing, distributing or using any content for commercial purposes without tkpk's written permission is prohibited. Content from third-party game studios is protected under their respective intellectual property rights.

12 Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

For any dispute arising from these Terms, you are advised to contact the tkpk support team first. Support is available 24/7 via live chat and email in both Bengali and English. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through discussion.

If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the dispute will be settled through arbitration. The English version of these Terms shall prevail in matters of interpretation; the Bengali version is provided for information purposes.
